Refund & Exchange Window

  1. • Requests must be made within 14 days.

Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must:

  1. • Be unused, unworn and undamaged
  2. • Have all original tags attached
  3. • Be returned in original packaging
  4. • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

If any undisclosed defect, damage, or signs of use are found during inspection, the request will be rejected.

Items Not Eligible for Refund

  1. • Gift cards
  2. • Used Items
  3. • Sale or discounted items
  4. • Change of mind 

Cash Refunds Policy

Cash refunds are only issued if the item is:

  1. • Damaged
  2. • Incorrectly delivered

For all other approved returns, an exchange voucher will be issued for future purchases & No cash refunds will be issued for Alif Shop orders.
